TOP 5 books to read

Hello all,

I like to read, but sometimes I have no idea what to read and I want to inspire myself.Today I want to recommend you five books which I have read and I liked it very much.

1.Danish Girl-David Ebershoff

The action takes place in the early 19th century and is about a Danish artist, Einar Wegener who discovers another face to his personality. It all starts with a simple favor that Gerda Wegener, his wife asks him to be her model for a female painted portrait. She will ask her husband to dress in women's clothes to complete the painting. From this point everything will change for the two, especially for Einar, which will gradually get better in Lily Elbe's body. It's a book about love, sacrifice, radical changes, and an extraordinary emotional charge. The story is inspired by real facts and is the story about one of the first transexuals. It's easy to read and you will definitely like it. I recommend you watch the movie, but after reading the book.

.2.Central Park-Guillaume Musso

New York, 8am. Alice, a young Parisian cop and Gabriel, American jazz pianist, wake up on a bench in Central park handcuffed to one another. They don’t know each other and have no memory of having met. The night before, Alice was at a party with her girlfriends on the Champs-Elysées and Gabriel was playing piano in a club in Dublin. So many questions leave them confounded. How did they get themselves into such a dangerous situation? Whose blood has stained Alice’s shirt? Why is one bullet missing from her gun?

3.HYGGE -Meik Viking

The famous book teaches us how to be happy. It's a very interesting book from which you can put into practice various ideas that can help you make your life more beautiful. The book introduces us to the Danish culture, which is said to be the happiest people on the earth. As it's written in the book, sometimes happiness can be found in simple things. The book also includes various illustrations with home arrangements, Danish cooking recipes and many other cool things. You can read it lightly over the weekend.

4. The most beautiful book in the world-Eric Emanuel Schimt

It's a book that you can read on the subway and adds 8 stories of love, stories in which 8 women are looking for their way to happiness. Schmitt is a native storyteller who has the grace of telling seemingly simple stories, but which have a real philosophy of life. "(La Libre Belgique).

5.Saga Favoritelor-Jean de Cars

I'm not a great passionate about history, but I really liked this book. It is a book in which Jean de Cars tells us about the women who have influenced the world's great leaders over history.Unlike a mistress, the favorite is not content to be the subject of a love passion, whether it is ephemeral or durable. She has power, exerts political, economic or artistic influence; get results, happy or disastrous. Whether she is loved by the population, tolerated or detested, nothing is done and does not go away without her.  The museums presented by the author in this periple through the history of Europe all played a role proportionate to the influence exerted on the monarch, heir, prince, king or emperor near him, whether married, widowed or celibate: Agnes Sorel, Diana de Poitiers, Gabrielle d'Estrées, Louise de La Valliere, the Montespan Marquis, Madame de Maintenon, the sisters of Nesle, the Pompadour Marquis, Mrs. Barry, Zoe du Cayla, Lol Montez, Miss Howard, Katia Dolgorukova, Blanche Delacroix, Magda Lupescu and Wallis Simpson. Eighteen portraits of women who have influenced the course of history in good and bad.

What are your favorite books ? I' m waiting for your answers to inspire me for future readings.
